This page explains what data Colarte collects on colarte.app, especially on the waitlist, and what we do with it. We follow Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018).
What we collect
- On the waitlist: your email, the platform you picked (iPhone or Android), the page language and where your visit came from, when available (for example, a campaign link).
- While browsing: page usage statistics, such as page views and button clicks. We don’t use cookies or browser storage for this. Your IP and browser are only used to create an anonymous code that changes every day and is not stored.
What we use it for
- Sending the beta invite (TestFlight on iPhone) or letting you know when the app arrives on Android.
- Sending occasional Colarte news.
- Understanding, in aggregate, how the page is used so we can improve it.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you join the list. You can withdraw it at any time. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
We use a few services to run the page, which process data on our behalf:
- Resend: stores the list and sends the emails.
- PostHog: usage statistics, without cookies.
- Cloudflare: page hosting and bot protection (Turnstile).
These services may process data outside Brazil, under contractual safeguards compatible with the LGPD.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on the list for as long as you want to hear from us. If you leave the list or ask for deletion, we erase your data within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and leave the list whenever you want. Just write to oi@colarte.app or reply to any of our emails with “unsubscribe”.
